The Challenge
The ‘what is your number’ challenge is our engagement ice breaker!
The hashtag symbol (#) is mostly associated with representing number. The # token is used to represent hours volunteered in the Cape Prosperity Exchange.
Volunteers are encouraged to ask each other how many hours they have volunteered by asking the question “what is your number?”
The higher a persons # token total is, the more kudos they deserve!

The Visual Prompt
The # button worn by Cape Prosperity volunteers is a badge of honour and a visual prompt that opens the door to a conversation by members and non-members alike.
Wearing the # button is also a public display of alignment.
